The Master’s Apprentice was a six part series in which students studying various disiplines within the hospitality industry were paired with professionals for a week.
Stephen, a young chef from Cork, has been paired with Noel MacMeel, the Head Chef at the Castle Leslie Estate in county Monaghan.
